Invoices

The Invoices page is for documents related to payments to the platform. It does not manage customer invoices. Instead, it covers invoices for wallet deposits and subscription payments.

Before you start

  • Before you can pay for a deposit or a subscription, you need completed Invoice details.
  • If they are missing, the app shows this message:
    • "Please provide your invoice details to proceed with the subscription or payment."

How to complete invoice details

  1. Go to Wallet or Subscription.
  2. Select Invoice details or Edit invoice details.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • Invoice business name
    • Invoice VAT number
    • Invoice responsible person
    • Invoice business address
  4. Save the changes.

After that, the screen shows a short summary row with the invoice recipient.

What is on the Invoices page

The table shows:

  • invoice number;
  • issue date;
  • a Download action.

Where you can download invoices

  • Wallet → Invoices:
    • list of issued invoices;
    • download from the Download action.
  • Wallet → Deposit History:
    • each row has an Invoice action;
    • if the document is ready, you can download it there;
    • if it is not ready yet, the row shows Pending issuance.

When invoices are issued

The screen itself shows this rule:

"Invoices for the previous month are issued on the 2nd day of the following month (e.g., January → February 2)."

This means you may see the payment first and the final invoice later.
