Online booking
This section covers online booking settings per location. From here you control how the public location profile looks, when clients can submit requests, and how the system processes new online bookings.
Who this page is for
- Owners and managers who configure online booking.
- Operators maintaining request rules and notifications.
How the section is organized
The "Online booking" screen first shows all business locations. For each location, you open a separate settings form with several different groups of settings. This section follows the same logic.
Most common workflow
- enable online booking and prepare the public location profile;
- configure availability, slots, and booking limits;
- if needed, limit when a request can be submitted;
- configure notifications and client-facing messages;
- if you use PRO, add a custom domain or embed the widget in your website.
AI help is also available in some text fields in this module, such as the location description and the client-facing messages.
