Business: filters and reports that get teams to action faster
This release is focused on everyday work in Business: less manual filter cleanup, a fuller reporting picture, and a more direct path from memberships and campaigns to action. We expanded the new filter model across key screens, made reports more predictable, and added a few important operational improvements in sales, stocktakes, and the public location profile.
🧾 In short
- The new V2 filters now power key mobile lists and reports, with clearer chips and smoother saved-filter workflows.
- Reports can now combine more than one cash register, and the "Last 12 months" quick range gives monthly views a better starting point.
- Drill-down from reports to detail lists keeps the selected time range more reliably, and chart reports load a fuller data set for the period.
- In "Membership plans", the "Sell" action now opens the sale directly in the "Memberships" tab for the selected plan.
- In "Campaigns", the "Audience" section can now target by "Sale in period" with both start and end dates.
- In "Stocktakes", barcode scanning is steadier, and in "Online booking" the location address is selected more reliably from the map flow.
🔎 Filters and reports: fewer manual resets, more reliable context
The biggest change is how filters work across key screens in the mobile side of Business. The new model is now expanded across many lists and reports, giving teams more consistent behavior between modules.
What improved:
- Clearer use of "Save search filter" and the "Your saved search filters" list.
- More readable filter chips and more predictable filter clearing behavior.
- Required date-range filters stay visible and do not get lost in reset/clear flows.
- In reports such as "Payment reports", teams can now filter by more than one cash register at the same time.
- In monthly reports, the "Last 12 months" quick range gives a more natural default view.
We also improved report-to-list navigation:
- opening a detail list from a chart/date report now carries the selected period more accurately;
- chart reports load all required data pages so the period view is more complete;
- this reduces cases where chart views were incomplete or where drill-down lost the intended date context.
What this means for your team:
- faster access to the right subset of data;
- easier reuse and sharing of working views;
- less time spent reapplying filters between reports and operational lists.
💳 Sales, memberships, and campaigns: a more direct path to the right action
We also improved a few key flows around sales, memberships, and marketing targeting.
In "Membership plans":
- the "Sell" action now opens the sale directly in the "Memberships" tab;
- the selected plan is pre-targeted, so there is less manual searching inside the sale form;
- membership lists and pickers follow the configured order more reliably.
In issued memberships:
- the "Used in sales" tab now loads usage records more reliably and refreshes in a more predictable way.
In "Campaigns" → "Audience":
- you now have a "Sale in period" condition;
- teams can define both a start date and an end date when targeting clients with or without sales in a specific range;
- this makes audience building more useful for repeat sales, reactivation campaigns, and outreach to more active clients.
The result is a more direct path from segmentation and membership selection to an actual sale or campaign.
📦 Operational improvements: steadier stocktakes and more reliable location address setup
There are also two important operational improvements in everyday screens.
In "Stocktakes":
- barcode scanning is now better isolated inside the stocktake screen itself;
- rapid consecutive scans are handled more steadily;
- this reduces the risk of scanner input colliding with other QR/barcode actions in the app.
In "Online booking" → "Public profile and visibility":
- the "Location Address" field now suggests addresses more reliably while typing;
- the map pin and address selection behave in a more predictable way;
- this helps when setting up the public location profile and making sure clients see the correct place.
✅ What to do now
- Open your key reports and resave the views your team uses most often as saved filters.
- Review monthly reports with the "Last 12 months" quick range and decide whether it should be your default working range.
- If you sell memberships often, test the direct "Sell" flow from "Membership plans".
- If you use campaigns, try the new "Sale in period" condition in "Audience".
- If you maintain a public online-booking profile, review the "Location Address" field and map pin.
