The Reports & Analytics module provides valuable business insights, helping you make data‑driven decisions. This page walks through report types, how to generate and customize them, and how to analyze results.

Reports overview

Reservation.Studio offers a wide range of reports grouped into several categories:

  • Financial reports: Revenue, expenses, profit
  • Booking reports: Number of bookings, utilization, cancellations
  • Customer reports: New customers, repeat visits, loyalty
  • Employee reports: Productivity, utilization, generated revenue
  • Service reports: Service popularity, revenue by service
  • Marketing reports: Campaign effectiveness, booking sources

Accessing reports

  1. Sign in to Reservation.Studio.
  2. Click Reports in the main menu.
  3. Choose the report category you are interested in.
  4. Select a specific report from the list.

Quick access to frequent reports

  1. Add reports to Favorites by clicking the star icon.
  2. Access favorites directly from the dashboard.

Financial reports

Revenue report

Shows total revenue for a selected period:

  1. Choose Financial reports > Revenue.
  2. Set the period (day, week, month, year, or custom).
  3. Filter by:
    • Location
    • Service
    • Employee
    • Payment method
  4. View results as a table or chart.

Profit report

Combines revenue and expenses:

  1. Choose Financial reports > Profit.
  2. Set the period.
  3. Review:
    • Total revenue
    • Total expenses
    • Net profit
    • Profit margin (%)

Tax report

Helps with tax declarations:

  1. Choose Financial reports > Taxes.
  2. Set the tax period.
  3. Review:
    • Taxable revenue
    • VAT accrued

Booking summary

Provides a general overview of bookings:

  1. Choose Booking reports > Summary.

Shows how effectively available time is used:

  1. Choose Booking reports > Utilization.

Cancellations report

Analyzes canceled bookings:

  1. Choose Marketing reports > Campaigns.
  2. Measure sessions, bookings, conversions, and revenue by UTM.

Sources of bookings

  1. Choose Marketing reports > Sources.
  2. Evaluate bookings by source (social, search, email, referral, etc.).

Export and scheduling

  • Export to CSV/XLSX for further analysis.
  • Schedule periodic delivery (daily/weekly/monthly) to email.
  • Share saved report views with teammates (permissions apply).

  • Standardize reporting periods for consistent comparisons.
  • Create saved views for common filters (e.g., key locations).
