Prices by channel and country​

In Reservation.Studio, you can easily find pricing information for notifications sent to your customers and employees. All pricing details are available in "Settings" → "Notification settings" → "Notification Prices List".

What information you can find​

  • Prices by notification channel: In "Notification Prices List", you’ll find detailed pricing for different channels, including SMS, email, Viber, WhatsApp, push notifications, and more.

  • Prices by country for SMS notifications: SMS prices may vary by country. In this section, you’ll find country‑specific SMS pricing.

💬 SMS volume discounts​

For higher notification volumes, the system applies volume discounts. They are calculated based on notifications sent in the last 30 days and reduce the per‑unit price (including SMS).

Where to find it:

  1. Go to "Settings" → "Notification settings".
  2. Open "Notification Prices List".
  3. At the top you’ll see "Volume discounts" and the "Sent in the last 30 days" count.

How to access the information​

  3. Review pricing details by channel and by country.
