Configure global notification channels
In Reservation.Studio, you can manage the notifications sent to your customers and employees via Settings > Notifications. In this section, you can configure Global notification channels to easily control which channels are enabled or disabled for all notifications.
Global notification channels
Global notification channels let you manage notifications sent through different communication platforms. You can enable or disable all notifications for a given channel with just a few clicks. Supported channels include:
- SMS
- Viber
- Push notifications
- And many more
How to configure global notification channels
- Go to Settings > Notifications: Log in to your Reservation.Studio account and open the Settings section.
- Select Global Notification Channels: In the Notifications submenu, find the option for global channels.
- Enable or disable channels: Toggle each channel to enable or disable notifications for that channel.
Example configurations
- If you want to temporarily stop all SMS notifications, disable the SMS channel.
- To enable all notifications via WhatsApp, simply enable the WhatsApp channel.
- To enable push notifications for fast and effective communication, turn on Push notifications.
