Managing clients in Reservation.Studio

Effective customer database management is key to any business success. Reservation.Studio provides powerful client management tools to keep information up to date, track client history, and improve communication.

The Clients module lets you:

  • Create and manage client profiles
  • Track booking history
  • Record preferences and special requirements
  • Segment clients by various criteria
  • Analyze customer behavior and loyalty

Create and manage client profiles

Add a new client

  1. Go to the Clients section in the main menu.
  2. Click Add new client.
  3. Enter the client information.
  4. Click Create to add the client.

Import clients

If you already have a client database, you can import it into Reservation.Studio:

  1. Go to the Clients section.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Provide your client data.
  4. Confirm the import.

Edit a client profile

  1. Find the client in the list.
  2. Click the client’s name or the edit icon.
  3. Update the necessary information.
  4. Save the changes.

Delete a client

  1. Find the client in the list.
  2. Click the delete icon or choose Delete from the actions menu.
  3. Confirm deletion.

View client information

A client profile contains:

  • Basic information: Name, contacts, address
  • Notes: Additional details and comments
  • Booking history: All past and upcoming bookings
  • Sales: Purchase and transaction history
  • Installments: Payment plan history and upcoming installments
  • Subscriptions: Active and expired subscriptions
  • Forms: Forms completed by the client
  • Reviews: Submitted reviews and ratings
  • Notifications: History of notifications sent

Client segmentation

Create client groups

  1. Go to Clients > Groups.
  2. Click Create new group.
  3. Enter a name and description.
  4. Save the group.
