- Choose an employee/resource and enter a reason.
- Set start and end time (or duration) and save.
Tips
- Use "Today" to quickly jump back to the current date.
- Toggle "On shift" to view only people currently working.
- If nothing appears, check that employees/resources are added, active, and have working hours for the selected location.
Seat management for group classes
Group services can keep one shared capacity or distribute seats per option (standard visit, corporate card, membership, etc.). Configure the behaviour directly while creating or editing a class from the calendar.
Configure capacity
- Open the calendar and select an existing class (service type Class) or click "New appointment" and pick a group service.
- In the Class settings panel use the "Configure seats per option" switch:
- Off – all options use one shared capacity. Fill in the "Max seats" field as usual.
- On – enter a seat count for every pricing option (e.g., 5 seats for corporate cards, 7 for standard visits). The total capacity updates automatically.
- Save the changes. Clients will see the available seats per option, and sold-out options simply won’t be offered.
Business benefits
- Reserve spots for corporate partners without blocking the entire class.
- Prevent overbooking — clients cannot choose an option with zero free seats.
- Know exactly when to open an extra session or guide clients to another option.
