Wallet — what it is and how to top it up

The Wallet is used to pay for sent notifications (SMS, email, Viber, etc.). You pre‑load a balance, and the system deducts based on usage. 💡

Steps: Make a deposit

  1. Go to "Wallet".
  2. Click "Make deposit".
  3. If needed, fill in "Invoice details" (required for payment).
  4. Enter an amount in "Enter amount of deposit" (EUR).
  5. Optional: open "Payment methods" to add/select a method.
  6. Confirm with "Make deposit".

Charges are processed in EUR or the equivalent in your currency. Your bank may apply conversion rates.

Tip

After payment, the balance is added within a few minutes.

Auto top‑up

From the "Wallet" screen, select "Auto top up" to set a Minimum balance and a Top up amount. When the balance drops below the minimum, the system automatically adds the specified amount. See details: Auto top‑up.

History and records

  • Deposit history — all wallet top‑ups.
  • Recent payments — deductions for notifications and other charges.
  • Invoices — download invoices for deposits and subscriptions in "Wallet → Invoices".

Access and permissions

If you don’t have access to the wallet, you’ll see a message that you lack permissions. Ask an administrator to grant appropriate access.
