Prerequisites
- Add a valid method in "Payment methods" to avoid service interruptions.
- Fill in "Invoice details".
Create a subscription
- Go to "Subscription".
- If you are on the free plan, click "Create subscription".
- Choose limits for:
- Employees, Locations, Resources, Clients, Monthly appointments.
- Review Included features and open Learn more if needed.
- Confirm.
Tip
You can start with lower limits and increase them later — the price adjusts accordingly.
Change, extend, and cancel
- Change plan — click "Change". The new plan replaces the current one.
- Extend — click "Extend now" to renew early.
- Cancel — click "Cancel". Access to paid features stops after the current period ends.
Important
If no valid payment method is available, you may see the "No payment methods added." warning, and access to paid features could be restricted.
Price and billing
- Next payment — shows date/time and status (e.g., expired, upcoming).
- Monthly fee — displayed per employee and total (in EUR). Discounts are reflected automatically.
- Subscription invoices are available in "Wallet → Invoices".
