What is the wallet used for?

To pay for sent notifications (SMS, email, Viber, etc.).

Where do I add a payment method?

Go to “Wallet → Make deposit → Payment methods” or “Subscription → Manage payment methods”.

I can’t make a deposit — why?

Check whether “Invoice details” are filled in. Without them, the deposit button may be disabled.

When does auto top‑up trigger?

When the balance falls below the minimum threshold.

Where are my invoices?

In “Wallet → Invoices”. You can download each invoice as a file.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to “Subscription”, open the active plan, and choose “Cancel”.
