What’s new?
In this update, employees and resources can be viewed in a single, shared calendar, giving you a complete, real‑time view of utilization. For convenience, we added a visibility setting so you can choose which employees and resources are shown—making it easy to tailor the calendar to your needs.
How to use visibility settings
- Open the calendar in your Business Reservation.Studio account.
- Go to settings and select which employees and resources you want to see in the calendar.
- Adjust these options at any time to suit daily needs or specific tasks.
This new feature helps you organize your schedule more effectively, reduce conflicts, and maximize resource utilization.
🛠️ Automatic consumables for services with flexible pricing options
What’s new?
Consumables can now be added directly to each pricing option of a service. That means when a customer selects a service with a specific pricing option, the related consumables are automatically added to the sale, and the relevant quantities are deducted from stock. Additionally, during the sale you can choose whether consumables are included in the final service price or charged as an extra line item.
Flexible consumable management during sales
For maximum convenience and flexibility, you can manage consumables during the sale:
- Change quantities of pre‑configured consumables based on the customer’s needs.
- Remove or add new consumables to the service during checkout.
- Choose whether each consumable should be included in the service price or added as an extra charge.
How to configure consumables
- When creating or editing a service pricing option, add the relevant consumables and define the required quantity for each.
- Choose whether each consumable is included in the service price or paid additionally.
- During checkout, you can easily adjust quantities or add new consumables to meet the customer’s needs.
This update optimizes inventory management and improves sales efficiency, making the process more transparent and adaptable to customer preferences.
