We’re happy to present our latest update, which includes important enhancements to the waitlist management and new booking creation workflows. These changes are designed to save you time and make it easier to manage your services.

Changes in the business app
🚀 Improved waitlist functionality
Customers on the waitlist, as well as employees subscribed to online booking notifications, are now automatically notified when the customer’s status changes. If a customer is moved from waitlist to the standard status for the venue, both parties will receive a notification. This significantly improves communication and coordination between you and your customers.
⚡ Streamlined new booking creation
Creating new bookings is now simpler and faster! If you’ve already selected an employee and time slot, the step for re‑selecting them is automatically skipped. The employee and time will be added to the service in the booking with everything needed—no extra actions required.
🔔 Additional info in notifications
Notifications now include more details about the customer’s status, giving you full clarity on the current state and better control over your processes.
Changes in the customer app
🚀 Improved booking confirmation flow
In the customer app, the booking confirmation flow is enhanced. If the customer closes the booking window without confirming, the system will ask for confirmation to ensure they really want to cancel the process. This helps prevent accidental cancellations and ensures customers complete their booking safely.
⚡ Faster date and time selection for new bookings
Selecting date and time when creating a booking is now optimized and faster. This helps customers find and book their desired time more quickly and easily, improving the overall user experience.
