Working hours by location

The location working hours are the maximum time window when you serve clients. Employee schedules should fit within this timeframe.

What you will learn

  • How to set weekly working hours for a location.
  • How this affects the calendar and online bookings.
note

“Outside working hours” is a calendar view setting that shows extra time (± hours) beyond the working hours. It does not change availability — it is for visibility only.

Steps

  1. Go to "Working hours" > "Working hours by location".
  2. Set hours per weekday (e.g., Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00, Sat 10:00–16:00, Sun — closed).
  3. Click "Save".
Tip

Start with the location hours to define the frame, then add employee schedules within these hours.

Logic and impact

  • Location hours define the earliest/latest possible slot for the day.
  • When in the location profile you select "Use working schedule from" → “Location”, online slots follow these hours. Still, an employee must be available in that period for a slot to be offered.
  • If you select “Employees”, online slots follow employee schedules, but slots outside the location hours are not shown.
note

If no working hours are set you may see a message like “This location has no work schedule. Create one.” Set the base hours to enable calendar availability.
