Online bookings — day and time restrictions

This setting lets you define which days and time ranges customers can submit an online booking request. It helps you prevent requests outside your preferred days/hours (for example, weekdays only, or only until 8:00 PM).

Steps

  1. Open the location profile where you want to limit online bookings.
  2. Go to "Online bookings" > "Settings".
  3. In the "Online booking request window" section, set:
    • allowed days of the week (for example, Monday–Friday)
    • allowed time range (for example, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM)
    • the fields are "Accept requests from", "Accept requests until", and "Accept requests on days"
  4. Save your changes.

How it works (in short)

  • The restriction applies to the request submission time (not when the service/appointment actually happens).
  • Validation is performed using the business timezone.
  • Days are configured as ISO weekday numbers (1 = Monday, 7 = Sunday).
