Email — unsubscribe from marketing emails

Reservation.Studio supports unsubscribing from marketing emails in two ways: one click (depending on the email provider) and an email link with confirmation. This improves the customer experience and reduces the likelihood of spam complaints.

How it works

  • In some email providers, customers may see an Unsubscribe action and unsubscribe with one click.
  • Each marketing email also includes a visible unsubscribe link that opens a confirmation page.
  • After unsubscribing, marketing emails to that customer will stop.
Important

Unsubscribing stops only marketing emails. Customers may still receive important service messages (for example, bookings, invoices, and receipts).

Tips

  • If many customers unsubscribe, review sending frequency and template content.
  • If you get spam reports, make sure your emails provide clear value (e.g., reminders, helpful info, personalized offers).
