Google Calendar Sync
What is Google Calendar sync?
Google Calendar sync in Reservation.Studio automatically adds your bookings to a dedicated Google Calendar created for your business. This helps you follow your schedule easily and avoid double bookings and conflicts.
The synchronization is one-way—information flows only from Reservation.Studio to Google Calendar.
How to enable Google Calendar sync?

Make sure you have an active plan:
- To use the Google Calendar integration, you need an active plan in Reservation.Studio. Without it, sync will not be enabled.

Go to the main “Integrations” menu:

Integrationsmenu from the navigation bar in Reservation.Studio.

Open Google Calendar settings:
- Find the Google Calendar section and click
Settings.

Enable synchronization:
- In Google Calendar settings, turn on
Sync my bookings.
- In Google Calendar settings, turn on

Grant Google access:
- Click
Grant access to Googleto open a window where you sign in to your Google account and grant the required permissions so Reservation.Studio can access and sync your calendar.

How does synchronization work?
After sync is enabled and Google access is granted:

Automatic calendar creation:
- When you create a new booking or edit an existing one in Reservation.Studio, the platform automatically creates a new Google Calendar for your business.

Adding bookings:
- The booking or its changes will be added directly to the newly created calendar. All future bookings and updates will sync automatically.
Manage synchronization

Stop synchronization:
- To stop syncing, simply turn off
Sync my bookingsin the Google Calendar settings inside the mainIntegrationsmenu. This will stop adding new bookings to Google Calendar.

Change settings:
- To adjust sync settings, go back to the
Integrationsmenu, open Google Calendar settings, and change your preferences.

Sync works only if you have an active plan. If your plan expires, new bookings will not be synchronized.
Changes made in Google Calendar will not reflect back in Reservation.Studio. Manage bookings only through Reservation.Studio.
The created Google Calendar will be linked exclusively to your business bookings from Reservation.Studio and cannot be changed manually.
