Working hours — location and employees
Working hours live on two levels. They define when clients see available slots:
- Location working hours — the maximum window when the location accepts clients. Employee schedules must stay within these hours.
- Employee working hours — the hours when a specific employee works at a given location.
Menu and setup
- Menu: "By Location" and "By Employees".
- In "By Employees", add time intervals and mark who works when and at which location.
- Important: Location hours are the maximum frame. Set them first. If there are differences by people or shifts, go to "By Employees" and create schedules within the location’s hours.
Important for online bookings
- Availability depends on the setting "Use working schedule from" in the location profile:
- “Location” — shows slots by the location’s working hours. Ensure employees have schedules during those hours.
- “Employees” — shows slots only by employees’ schedules.
- Recommendation: keep employee schedules within the location’s working hours to avoid slots when the location is closed.
Steps
- Open "Work Schedule" from the menu. Choose a view:
- "By Location" — set the location’s general working hours.
- "By Employees" — add intervals/shifts and mark who works when and at which location.
- First, configure the location working hours by day.
- Then, in "By Employees", set individual schedules per employee and per location (within the location’s hours).
- For online bookings: open the location’s "Online bookings" > "Settings" and in "Use working schedule from" select “Location” or “Employees”.
- Click "Save".

Online availability depends on the choice in "Use working schedule from". If you choose “Location”, the general location working hours are shown; if you choose “Employees”, only employees’ schedules are shown. Best practice: keep employees’ hours within the location’s working hours.

“Outside working hours” is a calendar view option that shows/hides ± hours beyond the working hours. It does not change availability.
Frequently asked questions
Which working hours are used for online bookings?
Choose in "Online bookings" > "Settings" > "Use working schedule from": “Location” (slots by the location’s working hours) or “Employees” (slots by employees’ schedules). Recommendation: keep employees’ hours within the location’s working hours.
Can I have different schedules per location?
Yes. Set working hours for each location and separate schedules for each employee per location.
