Resources — rooms, devices, equipment

Resources are shared assets such as rooms, cabinets, devices, or chairs. Use them to prevent double bookings and plan your calendar efficiently. Different resources can be linked to the same service when needed.

Steps — add and edit

  1. Go to "Resources".
  2. Click "New resource".
  3. Fill in:
    • "Name" — required (up to 255 characters).
    • "Location" — required.
    • "Capacity" — required; minimum value 1. Defines how many parallel appointments are allowed for this resource.
    • "Active" — toggle as needed.
    • Optional: "Color" (the color is shown on the calendar), "Description".
  4. Click "Save".
  5. To edit — in the list, click the "Edit" icon.

List and filters

  • List columns: Name, Capacity, Location, Active.
  • Available filters: Show (Active / Inactive / All), Only deleted, Business, Location.
  • Empty states: “You have no resources added...” and “No resources were found.”
Tip

Name clearly (e.g., "IPL device", "Manicure chair A"). Set a color to distinguish resources on the calendar.

Deletion and restore

If a resource is deleted, you can see it using the "Only deleted" filter and restore it if needed. If it’s temporarily unused, mark it as inactive instead of deleting it.

Depending on your subscription plan, there may be a limit to the number of resources. If you reach the limit, you’ll see a limit message.

What is “Capacity”?

It defines how many parallel appointments can be booked with the resource (minimum 1).

Can I link multiple resources to one service?
