The dashboard shows bookings, revenue, utilization, and alerts at a glance.

Steps (Procedure)

  1. Go to "Dashboard" from the main menu.
  2. If you have multiple locations, choose the active location from the header dropdown.
  3. Review the greeting and available widgets.
  4. Tap/click a widget (when available) to open a related screen (e.g., "Upcoming bookings", "Payments").

Core widgets

  • Upcoming bookings (count): overview of upcoming appointments for the next days.
  • Upcoming bookings list: detailed list by time, client, and service; shows “There are no upcoming appointments” when empty.
  • Daily payments: total payments for today.
  • Payments by method: breakdown by payment method.
  • New clients: number of new clients for the last X days.
  • Birthdays today: clients who have birthdays today.
  • Upcoming installment payments: due sale installments.
  • Wallet balance: current available balance.
  • Storage space: used/free space.
  • Subscription: plan status, limits, and quick links.
  • Support: link to technical support.

Tips

  • If you manage multiple locations, verify the active location in the header.
  • Some widgets are clickable and navigate to related screens (e.g., bookings, payments).
  • Use the Reports module for deeper analysis.

FAQs

  • Will I see different widgets based on plan/permissions? Some widgets appear only when you have the required permissions and features.
  • Can I rearrange widgets? There is currently no public UI option to reorganize widgets.
