Change calculator in sales and clearer reports

We added a change calculator for sales to support Bulgaria’s transition to the euro and a smoother switch from BGN to EUR. We also made report downloads more transparent. That means fewer manual calculations and a clearer status while a file is being generated.

🧾 In short​

  • Change calculator with received amount and currency (BGN/EUR) in sales payments
  • Visible status during report downloads plus a clear error message when something goes wrong
  • Easier access to downloaded files on mobile devices

💸 Change calculator at payment​

  • Enter "Received amount" and select the currency (BGN/EUR).
  • The system shows "Change to return" based on the amount due.
  • If the amount is insufficient, you see a "Insufficient amount" warning.

The calculator is added to support Bulgaria’s euro adoption and a smoother transition from BGN to EUR.

📊 Clearer report generation and downloads​

  • The download button shows that the request is being processed.
  • If a report cannot be generated, you see "Unable to generate report. Please try again."

📱 More accessible downloads on mobile devices​

  • On Android, files are saved to Downloads/Reservation.Studio for easier access.
  • On iOS, downloaded files are stored in Files (Documents).

No additional setup is required. Use payments and reports as usual to benefit from the improvements.
