New features for easy booking management and improvements

We’re pleased to present the latest Reservation.Studio update with new features, improvements, and optimizations designed to make managing bookings and sales even more efficient and simple.

New features and improvements​

1. Easy booking moves​

Until now, moving bookings was possible via drag and drop:

  • On desktop: Grab a booking with the mouse and drag it to the new time and place in the calendar.
  • On mobile: Press and hold the booking, then drag it to the desired position.

With the new update, we’ve added another way to move bookings:

  • On desktop: Right‑click the booking and choose Move. Then click the desired calendar date and time to place the booking.

  • On mobile: Open Options in the booking view, then tap Move, making booking management convenient on the go.

2. Change duration​

You can still change a booking’s duration by dragging the end of its block in the calendar. This remains available on both desktop and mobile, giving you flexibility when managing the schedule.

3. Detailed export of bookings by service​

Based on your requests, we added an Excel export option. You can download all bookings grouped by customer, including detailed information about the customer, dates, and services. This export is ideal for analyzing services and customers and for generating reports and statistics.

4. Download sales receipt (PDF)​

To make your operations easier, we added the option to generate and download a receipt for each sale. The receipt is in PDF format and includes all purchase details. This lets you provide professional receipts to customers and keep your documentation digitally.

5. Multiple optimizations and improvements​

In addition to the new features, we’ve made numerous platform optimizations to improve performance and stability.
