Improved reviews system and new features
We’re happy to inform you that our reviews system has been significantly improved to provide a better and more convenient experience.
What’s new
1. Automatic and manual sending of a review link
In addition to the automatic notification that goes out after a set time, you can now manually send a review link immediately at the moment you take payment for the booking. This lets you collect feedback right away while the experience is still fresh in the customer’s mind.
2. Personal QR code for each booking
Create a personal QR code for every booking that customers can scan with their phone to leave a quick and simple review. For example, at checkout the receptionist can offer the customer to scan the code directly from a phone or another device. This makes it easy for the customer and increases the chances of getting an on‑site review.
3. Send an SMS with a link to a personal review
Provide your customers with another way to leave feedback by sending an SMS with a link to a personalized review for their specific booking. Staff can send this link with a single click through the share‑review flow, making the process fast and easy. This increases the number and quality of reviews because customers can share impressions immediately.
4. Access reviews from all customers in the booking
You can now easily access reviews from all customers associated with a booking via the "Options" button in any booking. This gives you a complete view of every opinion and experience related to that booking.
5. Direct access to bookings and reviews from the client profile
From the client profile in the "Reviews" section you can open the booking or a specific review directly to add a reply. This simplifies feedback management and enables quick responses to customer comments.
6. Average rating for employees
We added the average rating to the employees list. This makes it easy to see and compare ratings across staff, which can support team management and service quality improvements.
7. Updated calendar visualization for bookings
We changed the visualization of bookings in the calendar. Bookings that do not occupy the time slot (e.g., canceled, customer‑canceled, etc.) are shown with a lighter appearance. This makes it easier to focus on active bookings and improves calendar readability.
Improved reviews list view
Along with the new features, we improved the list view of reviews to provide a better overview of all feedback received. This helps you track and analyze customer feedback more easily.
