Quickly manage service pricing options

The Manage Service Prices feature allows flexible pricing configuration for different services in your organization depending on location and employee.

Overview

With the Manage Service Prices feature, you can:

  • Set base prices for each service
  • Create location-specific prices
  • Define individual prices for specific employees
  • Specify service duration for each price level

This enables a flexible pricing policy that reflects your business reality.


Accessing the feature

To access service price management:

  1. Sign in to the system with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Services section.
  3. Select Manage prices.

Core structure

The interface is organized hierarchically to make it easy to navigate through different pricing levels:

  • Base price – the main service price that serves as a starting point.
  • Location price – a specific price for a given location.
  • Employee price – an individual price for a specific employee at a given location.

Each level lets you configure:

  • Service duration
  • Price type
  • Price value

Price types

The system supports the following three price types:

  1. Fixed – an exact fixed price for the service.
  2. From – a starting price indicating a minimum value (e.g., "from 50 BGN").
  3. Free – the service is offered free of charge.

How to manage service prices

Step 1: Set a base price

  1. Open the Manage prices page.
  2. For each service in the list, you’ll see the base price.
  3. Set the service duration in the respective field.
  4. Choose a price type from the dropdown (Fixed, From, Free).
  5. Enter the price value (if applicable).

Step 2: Configure location prices

For each service:

  1. Below the base price, you’ll see the list of locations.
  2. For each location, you can set:
    • Specific duration
    • Different price type
    • Individual price value

Step 3: Configure employee prices

For each location:

  1. Below the location information, you’ll see the list of employees.
  2. For each employee, you can set:
    • Individual duration for performing the service
    • Specific price type
    • Personalized price value

Step 4: Apply higher-level prices

To apply prices from a higher level to lower levels:

  1. Click Apply next to the corresponding level.
  2. Prices will automatically copy to all subordinate levels (e.g., from location to employees).

Step 5: Save your changes

  1. After making all necessary changes, click Save at the top of the page.
  2. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
  3. After successful saving, you will receive a confirmation and be redirected to the services list.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set different service durations for different locations?

Yes, the system allows setting different durations for each location and even for each individual employee.

What happens if we don’t set specific prices for a location or employee?

In that case, the price from the higher level is used—location price for employees, and the base service price for locations.

Can I copy prices from one location to another?

No, at the moment the system does not support direct copying between locations. However, you can use the base price as a starting point to create new rules.

What does the 'From' price type mean?

The 'From' type indicates the minimum price of the service and allows the final price to vary depending on conditions.

What happens when selecting the 'Free' price type?

The price value field is disabled and the service is identified as free in the user interface.
